PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING, ACCESSING, OR USING ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

OVERVIEW

Choosing a Life Coach is not a decision to take lightly and the relationship between the client and coach is crucial. Please be sure you have scheduled your complimentary “Giggle Sesh” prior to booking any coaching package so that we can both be sure that we are an amazing fit to work together! It is to your benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. Choosing a life coach should not be a hasty decision – it’s important to find a good personal connection and fit. Making sure we’re a good match is important to me and will greatly benefit us both - which is why I offer a complimentary “Giggle Sesh” exploratory call to determine your needs and desires in your coaching plan and to see if we are a good fit to work together. I work with clients that are READY, MOTIVATED, and WILLING to do what it takes to achieve their desired results!

All purchased coaching sessions/packages and contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching progress.

COACHING POLICIES

I’m committed to your success and ready to help you create a life you love that is filled with happiness and joy. I want you to thrive. You will need to be committed to that as well. This journey will require a serious commitment to yourself and mutual respect between coach and client.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Every session is completely confidential. I create a safe space for you and your bravery to make the changes that you desire in your life. We will share stories with each other that could be vulnerable and discretion is completely required on both parties. 

SCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS / REFUND POLICY

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 24 hours notice in advance of your session.  Sessions not canceled 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups or refunds.  It is imperative that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package. By scheduling and/or purchasing a session, you are legally committed to your purchase.

I’m a Mind, Body & Spirit, and Transformational Life Coach. I am not a physician, psychiatrist, or medical professional. I’ve been trained to provide guidance, emotional support, and encouragement. I help clients reach their personal goals but I can’t diagnose or treat illnesses. Life coaching is not psychotherapy or a substitute for licensed counseling, medical advice, or substance abuse treatment. 

COPYRIGHT / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

When you enroll in or purchase our Programs, Products or Services, you agree that you are clearly and expressly prohibited from doing the following:

·       You will not copy, share or steal our Programs, Products, Services, or Program Materials, or any parts of them.

·       You will not duplicate, share, trade, sell, or otherwise distribute our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials to any other person, for their personal use, business/commercial use or in any way that earns them money, whether it was known to you or not at the time that you shared the information that their intention was to use the Program Materials for their own personal use or business/commercial use. This means you cannot share or sell or any part of our Programs, Products, and Services or Program Materials to someone else so they can copy and/or use them for their own personal use, business/commercial use, or in any way that earns them money. You are the only one granted a limited license to use our Program, Product, Service, and Program Materials.
