Choosing a life coach is an important decision, and the relationship between client and coach is everything. Please be sure you have scheduled your complimentary Hot Mess Discovery Call prior to booking any coaching package so we can confirm we're the right fit to work together.
It is to your benefit to decide before purchasing that I am the right coach for you. All purchased coaching sessions and packages are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching services. I am fully committed to your progress, and part of that requires a full commitment from you in return.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Every session is completely confidential. I create a safe, judgment-free space for honest conversation and real growth. Discretion is required from both parties.
SCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS / REFUND POLICY
Should you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions not canceled within 24 hours will not be eligible for make-ups or refunds. Prioritizing this work is essential to receiving its full benefit. By scheduling and/or purchasing a session, you are legally committed to your purchase.

I provide guidance, emotional support, and encouragement to help clients reach their personal goals, but I cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. Life coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for licensed counseling, medical advice, or substance abuse treatment.
