You’ll have all the fun while working on yourself in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. This monthly coaching package is the perfect thing to keep you connected, accountable, grounded, and working on the things that are most important to you.
This program includes one weekly one-hour private coaching session per month (not to exceed 4 total in a month). Weekly progress checks and support. Support materials and reading recommendations.
Includes The “Lemons to Lemonade” progress journal in pdf format.

Each scheduled session is “free choice” and can always be subject to change when life happens.
I will offer you tools and guidelines to make lifetime changes towards living a life of success and joy and will guide you through overcoming the obstacles and blocks that hold you back from achieving your desired life. We will work to heal issues from your past and remove negative experiences from your psyche to create the new, “empowered you” that you desire. I will help you transform your mind & spirit so that you can live the life you’ve always dreamed of. We will work on your self-talk and self-love language. Choosing a Life Coach is not a decision to take lightly and the relationship between the client and coach is crucial. Please be sure you have scheduled your complimentary “Giggle Sesh” prior to booking any coaching package so that we can both be sure that we are an amazing fit to work together! It is to your benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. Choosing a life coach should not be a hasty decision – it’s important to find a good personal connection and fit. Making sure we’re a good match is important to me and will greatly benefit us both - which is why I offer a complimentary “Giggle Sesh” exploratory call to determine your needs and desires in your coaching plan and to see if we are a good fit to work together. All purchased coaching sessions / packages and contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching progress.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Every session is completely confidential. I create a safe space for you and your bravery to make the changes that you desire in your life. We will share stories with each other that could be vulnerable and discretion is completely required on both parties.
SCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS / REFUND POLICY
Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 24 hours notice in advance of your session. Sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups or refunds. It is imperative that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package. By scheduling and/or purchasing a session, you are legally committed to your purchase.
